ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing or registering with Jamul Casino Resort ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Site.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT TERMS

Users must make payments to Jamul Casino Resort through approved payment methods. All transactions made on the Site are subject to Jamul Casino Resort's payment policy (available in the "Help" section).

ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES

In no event shall Jamul Casino Resort be liable for any losses incurred or damages suffered by Users arising from:

ARTICLE 8: SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

Jamul Casino Resort ensures that its games are designed with Random Number Generators ("RNGs") to ensure fairness. However, Jamul Casino Resort shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Users arising from allegations of unfair play or security breaches.

The Site uses secure server technology (SSL) to encrypt data transmitted between User's browser and the servers hosting the site. Jamul Casino Resort takes no responsibility for the safety of information on public networks.

ARTICLE 9: ACCOUNTS AND PROGRESSIVE JACKPOTS

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and details.

Jamul Casino Resort reserves the right to suspend, cancel or alter any User's account at its discretion.

If a progressive jackpot is won by a User, Jamul Casino Resort may require documentation from that User before awarding such prize money.

ARTICLE 10: RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Users must use Jamul Casino Resort's responsible gaming tools and procedures when using the Site. Users are advised to seek advice on problem gambling.

ARTICLE 11: ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Jamul Casino Resort and Users with regard to use of the Site. Any changes made to these Terms shall take immediate effect upon publication on the site.
